5. Liability and Disclaimers
5.1. Service Results
While we strive for excellence, Legacy Flooring Care is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by the improper use or maintenance of flooring materials.
5.2. Damage Liability
We take precautions to avoid damage. If damage occurs due to our negligence, please notify us immediately for resolution. Legacy Flooring Care is not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., water damage during flood restoration).
5.3. Third-Party Services
We may recommend or subcontract third-party services. Legacy Flooring Care is not responsible for the actions or results of third-party providers.
